Terms of Service

Agreement

By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these terms with Helping Hands Property Services ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a service.

Quotes and estimates

Quotes are free and, unless we say otherwise in writing, based on the information you provide. On-site conditions (hidden damage, extra debris, difficult access) can change the final price. If we find something that changes the scope, we will tell you before doing the extra work.

Scheduling and cancellation

• We do our best to arrive within the agreed window.
• Please give us at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel.
• Same-day cancellations may be charged for booked crew time.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the job unless we agree to other terms in writing (for example a commercial contract). We accept e-transfer and other payment methods listed on the invoice.

Access and site conditions

You are responsible for giving us safe access to the property and letting us know about hazards (pets, water shut-offs, alarms, restricted areas). Please move valuables and fragile items before we arrive.

Workmanship

We stand behind our work. If something is not right, tell us within 7 days of completion and we will come back and make it right at no additional charge. Damage caused by pre-existing conditions or normal wear is not covered.

Insurance and liability

We carry liability insurance for our work. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the job in question, unless a higher amount is required by law.

Photos of completed work

We may take before / after photos of the work to show our craftsmanship. We only publish photos that do not identify you or the interior of your home in a personal way. Ask us in writing if you prefer we do not photograph your project.

Governing law
